Turning leftovers from Phở Bò into a Bún Bo, (Vietnamese Noodle Beef salad), for a late lunch. The beef being used is from a smoked beef pocket roast.
Warmth and flavour in this bowl of Phở Bò for the end of a blustry day.
Finger limes from Pemberton are currently in season. These are being used in tonight's Phở Bò instead of wedges of lime in the garnish.
A visit to our favourite farmer's market led to us buying an heirloom variety of broccoli. This is spigarello, also known as spigariello. Also known as Black Cabbage, Tuscan cabbage, lacinato kale, dinosaur kale and palm tree cabbage.
